Data Deletion
Instructions for deleting Octogen account data and data received through connected third-party services.

Disconnecting Connectors
Users can disconnect supported third-party connectors from the relevant Octogen agent or workspace. When a connector is disconnected, we remove or disable stored connector tokens and stop using that connector for new agent actions.
Requesting Deletion
To request deletion of Meta connector data or account data, email cayden.nextventure@gmail.com with:
- The email address used for your Octogen or CreateNow account.
- The workspace or agent name, if known.
- The connected Meta Business, Page, or ad account you want removed, if known.
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify connector tokens, connected account identifiers, Meta Platform Data, and related connector metadata that we are not required to retain for security, legal, billing, or audit purposes.
Meta Data Deletion Callback
Meta may send deletion requests to our callback endpoint at /api/meta/data-deletion. When the request is valid, the endpoint returns a confirmation code and a status URL for the request.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or platform requirements.
