Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Octogen, CreateNow, and related connector experiences operated by CTG Business Sdn Bhd. You may use the service only if you are authorized to do so and can comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and third-party platform terms that apply to connected services.

If you connect a third-party account, including a Meta Business or advertising account, you represent that you have the authority to grant access to that account and the assets connected to it. You remain responsible for activity performed through your connected accounts.

Advertising tools may help read performance data, prepare drafts, or manage advertising objects when authorized. You are responsible for reviewing campaign settings, budgets, targeting, creative, disclosures, and compliance with advertising laws and platform policies before publishing or changing live advertising.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party platform policies.
• Access accounts, assets, data, or systems without authorization.
• Transmit malware, spam, abusive content, or deceptive advertising.
• Bypass security, rate limits, review requirements, or approval workflows.

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide and secure the service.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to improve the service, maintain security, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that every third-party integration will remain available, that every advertising recommendation will perform as expected, or that connected platforms will approve every requested action.
